The rail corridor is the other local feature to plan around — where a property's access crosses it, the crossing rather than the driveway decides what can come in, and that is a question to settle before a truck is booked. Can I get a 40ft in here?
Usually, and Tingoora is a better place for it than many. The short freight run and the room on most farm properties mean the two things that normally argue against a 40ft are both mild here. What it still needs is a long straight approach and roughly 30m of working room for the sidelifter.
My access crosses the rail corridor. Does that change anything?
